"Sa Pagkaing Tama at Sapat, Wastong Timbang ni Baby ang Katapat"

Our life is the best gift of God and we all came from our tender loving mother. So we must do something to take good care of it. There is a saying that if the "pregnant woman is healthy the baby is also healthy". One thing we can do to give importance to our health is to be healthy physically,mentally,socially,emotionally,psychologically and spiritually. "Health is wealth" as what they said so health is very important and if we are not healthy our wealth could be wasted.
We are always come from the womb of our mother so our mother must eat balance diet by always eating the healthy foods and enough glasses of water to make her baby healthy, strong and have normal weight. When we were born that's not yet the end to make us healthy. When the baby comes out it should be breastfeed by his/her mother because it more healthier and more nourish than the commercial milk especially the so called colostrum. But there are mother who doesn't do it so there baby will be malnourished and unhealthy.
It's very important to have eat healthy,nutritious and delicious foods because if we eat this foods we could be healthy.Being healthy is very significant cause if are not healthy e can't attain our goals..
